Simple Returns

We accept that every once in a while you may change your mind, or something might not be as expected so to ensure full simplicity of our process we have listed the step by step process below.  

Unwanted item

Time Limit

If want to return unwanted item(s) you have 14 days to do so from the date of delivery.


Item(s) to be returned must include all original packaging, be in “as new” condition and must not have been used, installed or had any data inputted on to them.


You must let us know prior to returning the item so we can provide a return reference number(s) that will be needed to be included with any return.

The return is at your cost, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged, and sent by a reputable courier, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.



In the unfortunate event of items being faulty on arrive, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Time Limit

If the item(s) are faulty on arrival  you have 30 days from the date of delivery to inform us of such fault.


We cannot accept any returns where the serial number and /or other identifying marks have been removed.  Without these, we are unable to confirm that the product that is returned was purchased from us.


We test returned item(s), and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.


Return label with return address will be provided.

A return label will be provided to return the item. You still need to make sure the goods are properly packaged.

Item(s) damaged in transit

Time Limit

If an item(s) is/are visibly damaged on receipt, we ask that you refuse delivery of the item(s) and contact customer services within 48 hours. If the item(s) were delivered and damaged in transit, please contact us with 2 working days of delivery. 

the next steps

We will inform you of the next steps on returning the item. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
