PGEN impressive warranty offers two phases of protection –

Our standard warranty begins with a two-year collect-and-return package, during which time we offer unlimited repairs. We’ll both collect and return your custom pc at no charge to you. This applies to all models regardless of the price you have paid.

And we don’t stop there! We also offer an additional three years of warranty coverage after your collect-and-return package expires. During those three years, we’ll continue to provide labour-only support.

Individual components and/or peripherals are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee. 

Desktops, Work Station & Gaming PCs

Delivered anywhere in the UK for free! We strive to dispatch & deliver your PC(s) within 5-7 working days. In some instances, delivery may be sooner, but most of our PCs are built to order and this time is needed to ensure the build is to our satisfaction before dispatching.

We will keep you informed throughout the processes of the build and will inform you once the item(s) has been dispatched. Once dispatch can expect to receive your new PC within 1-2 working days.

Any other product/accessory

Deliver anywhere in the UK for free! We strive to dispatch & deliver your item(s) within 2-3 working days. Note, if you have ordered a PC as well as accessories we will deliver the products together and the dispatch & delivery times of our PC schedule will apply in this instance.
